How embarrassing  :D

Thanks for that shout Andy, I would have been most annoyed had I missed the IBE A350.

Re: Flickr flippin' useless this morning

I think an subscription extension for subscribers would be in order, although I'm not sure their cashflow would facilitate it. I've had issues uploading for the past two evenings, although I haven't tried today (been at a somewhat damp Stansted).

I noticed that too. Fixed now though.

There's been a marked improvement in the speed of the site since the move, which is very welcome.

Re: Flickr flippin' useless this morning

I haven't tried uploading this morning, but I did receive a message when I was browsing to say that they upgrade was complete but some parts of the site may not work properly and they would be addressing them as soon as possible. Seems like they have carried out a massive engineering exercise and tr...

Excellent shots, especially considering the low shutter speed clearly used. With its camouflage and pastoral background, the Proctor shot looks like it could have been taken during WWII.

Great photos. Shame you couldn't get to see more of the attendees, but two Beech 99s hopefully made up for that.

Great selection as always - interesting aircraft and making the most of the access I guess you have. The shot of N1FE is fabulous.

Painting the a/c in the same colour scheme as the trucks would be awesome.

Well done for catching it in less than ideal conditions! Shame it's yet another utterly boring mainly white colour scheme.

Re: Sichuan Cargo A330 @ Manchester

It is to allow the nosegear leg to be mounted lower than normal, so that the floor is level for cargo loading/unloading. It was easier to do this than to re-engineer the whole nose section to allow for a longer nosegear leg.

As others have said, some great airframes there. I particularly like the retrojets. Is the Spirit A319 heavily cropped? It seems to be quite pixellated ;)

Re: Sywell Easter selection

3:2 for me (as in 35mm film). Not a major issue though, and your shots are excellent. The SR22 might be better registered as 4-OFUS given its seating, and I'm very pleased the Aztruck looks to be in great condition.

Re: Bristol - Sat 20 April 2019

Lovely photos (I always enjoy looking at shots from that location at Bristol). Runway 09 was in use all day, though one EZY flight landed on 27, and did a 180 turn on the runway to get to its' stand. Anyone have an idea why this might have been?? If the wind was light (or virtually across the runway...
