A friend who works at ba cargo informed me of a large gas canister explosion this afternoon at 5 pm (ish).

it turned out to be a bomb threat

does anyone know if the operations team at heathrow (callsigns: checker,seagull etc) use a uhf frequency to talk to there base or the ground controllers ?
