Mid-September trip to Antalya

Lots still to go through, with roughly 2,000 shots still not processed but here's a selection of what I've done so far.............

Mostly Champions league charters. Firstly one from the tail end of May, the Borussia Dortmund team bus departing Luton on the 31st after bringing in the team. Unfortunately it left during a rain shower in what was the worst of the light while I was there......... https://live.staticflickr.com/...

Hi Andy,
There was quite a good crowd down there, with cars parked all down the grass verge of that road on the day.

Hi Andy,
No I was on the other side of the airfield on the road between Chrishall Grange and the A505. Positioned myself there to get the DC-6 coming back from the Midlands Air Festival.

Pistons at the ready!- North Weald and Duxford 2nd June
Went to North Weald for the Dak departures to France and then on up to Duxford to get the Flying Bulls DC-6 at the air-show. All in lovely June sunshine. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53778399573_162b2db392_5k.jpg "Spirit Of Douglas" DC-3 (C-53) by Denis Noonan , on Flickr https://live....

Went to Old Warden on Saturday to see the American contingent of the D-Day 80 Daks. It's very nice, but a Hapag Lloyd centre and an HLX tail on the other side would have been the cherry on top!Mike wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 7:50 am
