Well those certainly dusted off a few old memories! Thanks for posting - I'd forgotten about several of them.

Re: Hello all

Hi and welcome epw45 :) Only been to Sywell on a couple of occasions some years ago but do recall it being quite busy. Driven past Turweston but never seen anything flying. Maybe I need to visit some more airfields when some sort of normality is restored - whenever that may be. For now I'm just glad...

Very nice Rob - I still prefer a 747 but the A.380 will do instead :D

Re: East Midlands in Eighties

Fabulous post and bringing back memories of old schemes and types. Love the 707 and also more familiar with 'DH in Air UK colours since Norwich was my local at that time.

Re: South African A330-200 @ Newquay 13/3/20

Nicely captured Phil. It would be nice to see a bit more colour on some airliners. Maybe they'll had a bit to that white "canvass" begging to be filled.

Re: Kalitta Air Coronavirus repat at Birmingham

My thoughts exactly Mike. I can only assume that a windowless aircraft is possibly easier to deep-clean than one with windows. Understandable to a degree if that is the case but still unacceptable for the unlucky pax IMHO.

Re: Camera on a budget

DSLR - 1970s? Try Very late 90s or early 2000s for the first ones. The D200 was released in 2005. :) Each to their own but I would personally have put more into a single body or better glass (still with one body). Not sure why you would need four bodies? Good to see that you do your research and tha...

That's a nice colourful example too Phil. Strange coincidence but I've just missed seeing this as it has passed a few miles to the North of me in Bury St Edmunds heading back East - darned clouds!

Anyway thanks for posting.

Re: Rayne Hall farm - now off limits to enthusiasts

Almost unbelievable (except this isn't the first such occurrence). Why are people such rude idiots? I've never been to Rayne but it was on my list if ever in the area. Anyway thanks Andy for trying to "mediate" where possible. As always the few spoil it for the many :grr:

Re: Canadian Ramblings 5 into the Cariboo

Fine set there Pete. Nice to see Canada for a change and also to put "faces to names" as it were. Seen types listed in databases but never bothered to look up what they look like. Glas=d you had a good time and, like me, have an understanding wife - hope mine is as accommodating for Europe this summ...

Re: ARV Super 2

Love these threads and some good pics on here as always. I can add another couple of regs to the mix - please excuse quality as these are old scans and I haven't done anything to them. First is G-BNHD displayed here at Farnborough '88: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49460941763_70313158bc_b.jpg...
