I wonder just how high anyone could feasibly go before they reach an absolute limit. Surely there gets a point where wind loadings etc become too much of a problem let alone the ground bearing capacity. I suppose it you built it out of the same materials a a 787 wing then you could have no end of flexibility but imaging the motion sickness you could suffer!
