Airspace overlay mess up in Netflix show The Expanse

Season 2 Episode 11 anout 12mins 35 secs in
Supposed to be looking at airspace around a distant planet called Gannymede which is surrounded by Earth and Mars spaceships. Only trouble is they have used a radar picture of the UK with aircraft showing - obviusly to use the aircraft symbols to show the spaceships but have left the old UK outline and aircraft details as shown on the screen - so around Gannymede there are RYR, KLM, PIA, MON, EZY, EIN, COA, EXS etc etc.
