A320 in Hailstorm

What an amazing picture n the papers today of an A320 which has landed safely after flying into a serious hailstorm. The nose cone and windscreens are trashed and the pilot was unable to see out. But using on board instrumentation - and keeping a cool head - he managed to safely bring the aircraft and a full load of passengers back to earth.
