Spotting / photography
Although it is described as a gliding club there are several powered aircraft in residence as well.
The airfield / clubhouse staff are very friendly and I found the owner in the clubhouse (see google eath view above) and as well as a nice chat I was given permission to look all round including inside the hangars. There was no flying activity when I visited early on a Saturday morning so there may be a few more restrictions to ensure safety once flying starts. There are 5 hangars (some linked) plus a workshop which was closed at the time so I’ve no idea what if anything, was inside.
