GRE PSR 295 Programming????

Just got one of these and wondered can it be programmed via a PC and cable?

Doesnt look like it, port is just for cloning one 295's data to another. I did a google on this and drew a blank, but I daresay someone will come up with a Pc control method soonr or later.
