New user.. Manston info

Post by twitcher » Tue May 18, 2010 11:58 am

Hello all,
I only recently found this forum. Too many Manston forums about! I have working around Manston for with different companies over the last twenty plus years and can hopefully answer any aircraft queries on current events or past ones.

Pretty busy with freight movements nowadays. Not so busy with passenger flights yet! A mixture of Airbuses, 747s and DC8s in daily with freight. Flybe and Airsouthwest fly pax. Bizjets most days, airline training, military aircraft on customs and refuel stops and GA keep the place busy. The former Jet Support, DAS Air, Continental Aviation hangar is now Avman Engineering which sees various hangar inputs ;)
A Nimrod arriving on the 25th for the fire training school.
