Filton Farewell 21/12

Post by Spyderleader » Fri Dec 21, 2012 3:29 pm

Here's a list of some of the planes I manage to snap before total camera failure.

Sorry for no details

G-CWFS
G-CGUU
G-ASSS (I don't know how he got away with this reg ;) )
G-BASJ
G-BKDJ
G-BHAD
G-RCWK
G-HACK
G-ADND W9385 DH87B Hornet Moth.
G-BBXW
G-WSPT
and finally
G-CGEI (last commercial take off, landing and the last ever take off from Filton)

It's been mentioned that BMI's Emb 145's G-RJXD G-RJXH were in. XD being the final Toulouse departed and XH being the final Chester run.

Does anybody know where all the residents from Filton have moved out to? I assume Lulsgate and Staverton are the likely contenders

Drove past the airfield yesterday on the A38 and there was 2 JCBs parked. Looks like they are about to start clearing something.
