After an early success on jetphotos.net I've had a couple of failures, below. Can anyone advise ? I get the backlit but not the centred/processed feedback.

Re: Photo Rejections
Hi Richard
Just a quick glance at your images mate:
The Nimrod is too far to the right of the image, much bigger gap on the nose end to edge of the image, and it looks the same with the BMI Embraer - bigger gap on the nose to the edge of the image.
There is back light, but you are aware of that, but good images none the less
Kind regards.
Marcus.

Re: Photo Rejections
Fairplay to the screeners tbh mate.
The Nimrod isn't in the middle of the frame and there is far to much space on the left side of the aircraft. Also, the reason why it's backlit is because the image is lit from the right side of the aircraft, creating white lines around the nose. There is not much you can do to stop this but you can try using the shadow and highlight tool in small amounts, that might help as the weather is cloudy.
The BMI is again too high in the frame and the reason it was rejected for 'Over Processed' because it doesnt look natural. Maybe used too much shadow and highlight tool? Again its backlit because the sun is shining on the wrong side of the aircraft and because its sunny there really isnt much you can do to the image.
HTH

Have moved the thread to the Photography Q & A section.
Re: Photo Rejections
Thanks guys, the gap on the nose was intentional having read advice 'give the aircraft space to travel into', but I absolutely see your points, thanks again.
