Here's the website and Facebook page for the organization that is trying to preserve her , they also have a 1967 BAC 1-11 and have also acquired an 1987 MD-83 .

Mainly initiated by my own post this has gone off topic from the original subject (self slap on the wrist ) so to keep things tidy I will split this topic into 2 different ones, the original subject and another re the Tristar preservation as that will probably be of interest to several (or more) forum members
