from the Bruntingthorpe Airfield facebook page, posted on 15th January, the Cathay 747 status is as follows:

The Cathay pacific 747/400 present are B-HUE,B-HOP,B-HKV,B-HUB but B-HUA has just been scrapped

Looking at the image on 12th December last year, I am surprised that it survived to see 2015.

the xmas break probably saved it until the turn of the year. what a sad sight :( there's something special about a 747

GLF3 N103CD has been moved by road from Biggin Hill to Bruntingthorpe for parting out after its accident at Biggin.
