It was a much warmer day that last Saturday, but still a bit nippy when the wind blew (which it did a lot). Apart from the excitement of FlyBe flight BE3123 at the beginning of the visit, I had a great day and came away with several keepers. The light varied a bit, but the sun put in the odd guest appearance and made for some different shots.

An excellent set as always, that's the perfect location at Manchester for photos.

Re: Manchester 3 November
Thanks Mike. I have found a bit of a hidden gem in a parking spot right near the bottom of 23L (or top of 05R) and have started to go out every Saturday that I can. I have never tried winter photography at the airport so this year could be very interesting.
Re: Manchester 3 November
You'll get loads of excellent shots from there with the low winter sun and lack of heat haze, Paul. I'm looking forward to seeing them.
