Went to Gatwick this afternoon to get a couple of shots of the Hi Fly A380 while Norwegian are using it on their JFK route. Weather was due to close in about an hour before it landed but wasn't sure how long it'll be on the run so went down anyway.

Yes I think it's cover while their 787's are being checked for engine defects. I've since heard it's going to Air Austral from the 24th August onwards for the same reason so it's going to be a relatively short stint on the Gatwick run if anyone wants to get it.james143611 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 7:36 pm

It's a much darker blue on the other side, the same colour as the engine cowling you can see on the starboard wing in the 1st photo.
