Fantastic report. Thank you for posting. Makes me want to return to the Marina Luz!
I have heard that it is to be renamed the "ALUASOUL Palma"... perhaps bought over by the hotel group of the same name. Did you notice any sign of change in that regard?

Didn`t notice anything re name change Dan. Great spot if you get the right room and the planes are coming in over the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Well worth a return trip, especially in summer.
