1st November
4th November
7th November
26th November x 2
Is a purported schedule for B767 retirements I've seen outlined on various social media.
If so the 26th will be a fairly nostalgic day.
what a coincidence - another BA type made it's final flight on November 26th but 15 years ago
that was extremely nostalgic and sad.

It appears that the 1st November retirement date was correct. G-BNWX has just overflown Bristol inbound St Athan with the fitting callsign BAW767.

Also inbound to St Athan a short time before the B767 was A319 G-EUPV. Also for retirement?

I have been told that is indeed the case.

I can't find one of G- EUPV at present I'm afraid but will keep looking (I'm still working on a BA photo database)

B767 G-BNWZ was flown to St Athan yesterday for scrapping. Pictured last month on a 27L arrival at Heathrow.

That just leaves G-BZHA and HB for retirement on 26th November. If the weather looks to be OK I plan to head off up to Heathrow to see their final arrival.

With G-BZHA currently on BAW663 over Austria on the return leg from Larnaca, the final operational flight of a British Airways Boeing 767 is nearly over. Yesterday, G-BZHB operated the Larnaca flight on its final flight. Both will leave Heathrow tomorrow destined for the scrap man's axe.

G_BZHB landed at St Athan at 14.56 - the end of an era.
and 15 years ago today G-BOAF made the final Concorde flight to Filton - what a coincidence.

Nice atmospheric picture Andy.
Seems to be a flurry of activity with withdrawals the past month.

thanks Neil, that was the only pic I have of 'NLP, there's a few I still have got photos of so I've got to make an effort to get them soon. I had pics of about 5 747s on my external HD that crashed that I hadn't got round to backing up so I lost them and i'd no other pics of them which was a pain especially as 3 were since scrapped
I lost a few 767s as well with the disk failure unfortunately.

G-BNLK was withdrawn from service today and will position to St Athan for scrapping on Thursday. Here she is on a 27L take off in 2012.

Clearly got my dates wrong as 'LK' transitted across to St Athan today, as opposed to this coming Thursday.

It's been a quiet 6 months on the BA fleet retirement front, but today G-BNLN was flown to St Athan for scrapping having undertaken its final revenue service last Thursday.
As G-BNLN is the last of the original sequence of registrations to be withdrawn, I'll honour it with two pictures, taken 22 years apart.
