REQ:Unidentified aircraft over Bicester 12\10\2017

At approximately 19:55 tonight an unidentified aircraft was seen overflying Bicester heading towards ethier Weston on the Green or Oxford. I estimate this was at flying at approximately 2000 to 3000ft and I am not sure if this was military or civilian.
Does anyone know what it was?.
