Trevor - I've copied this to one of the North Weald Marshalling Team who we there doing what their name suggests as he went round before things got going, hopefully he will come back with a list but give him a bit of time please.

he did tell me that several of the hangars were locked this year after stupid behaviour by a minority of spotters last year who did not believe lists posted on hangar doors and for other reasons that made some modicom of sense only to themselves and took it upon themselves to enter without permission! It's sad that a silly minority spoil it for the rest.

i'll post once I get a reply but I know the marshalling team are at Rougham this weekend so it may be a bit of a wait CORRECTION, the Rougham fly in is next weekend 16th and 17th so they have a weekend off!
They are busy marshalling (all unpaid so deserve a pat on the back for helping shows happen) almost every weekend throughout the summer so don't get much spare time.

Well I got a far quicker response than I expected - thanks to Nigel from the North Weald Marshalling team and Air-Britain Stansted branch:

firstly it depends on the day as things changed over the weekend but here's Nigel's response:

Sloane's -: G-GETU, G-GIBI , G-RSCU same all weekend G-SKBH was replaced by G-MAOL on Sat/Sun

Brooklands-: G-ELAM all days G-MCLN Thurs / Fri Replaced by G-SKAZ

H12 Corporate Hangar Add G-WILG plus two based AT3`s

hope that helps

Superb response.

Thanks Andy, and Nigel.

Such a shame that the minority screw it up for the majority.

If it's not terrorists or thieves that bugger it up it is spotters themselves.

Cheers

:grr:
Some people are so selfish, not thinking beyond the moment. Sadly, typical today, not thinking of consequence.
A little politeness, curtesy and asking first, can often go a long way.
I wondered why the hangar area was taped off.
I think a similar thing happened a few years ago at Kemble. Light a/c hangar in the trees allowed access until some id**t damaged a microlight.
I hope folks pay attention to the post regarding Universal at Stansted.
Pete.
