DH Dove 'wreck' at Luton 1969
Anyone able to help provide an ID for a DH Dove 'wreck', which I noted at Luton on 4 June 1969?
Re: DH Dove 'wreck' at Luton 1969
My first ever visit to Luton was 1st January 1972. My log shows a Dove G-ALBM, but I cannot tell you if it was a wreck.
It was officially scrapped in 1974.
Maybe this will spark someone else to say if it was active or not.
Pete.

Have been able to trace, a check of Air Britain's 'Dove & Heron' book, found G-AICY as the most likely candidate
