Yet another CA member making a first visit to this new museum.

I was accompanied by my 7yo son and the inlaws. The main reason for going was that my father inlaw worked for BAC at Filton from 1970 onwards and was on the Concorde project for some time before moving across to the based BAC operated Dakota 'hack'. One photograph in the exhibition even showed the area of the main assembly line where he worked on installing the electric cabling.

I know that there's a couple of similar threads but here's my pick of the bunch.

Bristol 173 - G-ALBN

Britannia - G-ALRX (the one that was outside at Boscombe Down and visible from the A303 for so many years)

an original Concorde simulator - how we would love to have this in the garage at home

Another reason to visit although it'll probably be a while before it goes on display
