Evening Folks
The long term resident (arrived in July 1993) Caravelle was moved from its home in the corner of the airport
onto the ALAT ramp for cleaning and preservation.
The damage to the tail occured during a storm a few years ago.
Despite it sitting outside for some 20 years it does seem to be in good condition despite the weather
and some extra "paintwork" from some local idiots.
It's a bit difficult to photgraph beacause it's so close the fence & I also discovered that I don't appear to have
photographed it in the 16 years I've been visiting / living here.

Air Inter Caravelle at Rennes
Re: Air Inter Caravelle at Rennes
Thanks for posting that.
I used to enjoy seeing the occasional Air Inter on Air France flights at Heathrow.
And, the Caravelle has character.
Cheers
Pete.
