1/144th BOAC 707
Well I've just finished this old Airfix kit and thought I'd be the first to post something in this section.
I chose to do the later Speedbird scheme as it is one of my favourite liveries (along with the early Qantas scheme) of any classic jetliner.
The decals were from the F-Dcal silk range and I cut these up which made applying them a lot easier.!
Wouldn't mind doing a Qantas 707-300 actually ,, thats if I can find somewhere that stocks JT-3D aftermarket resin engines...

Just looked at Ye Olde Log Book and I 1st noted 'PFB at Heathrow on 08/08/1967 !

nice build, love to see a VC-10 or the Qantas 707 would be nice,
