Amazing footage that thank you!!
As I commented on the video, liked the capture of it throwing the anchors out, reversers on, brakes, the lot and slamming to a stop, and at least you got one last slight spool as it stopped too short, great capture!

Caribbean Airlines over the UK in 2015?
Just wondering has anyone ever logged a Caribbean heavy over the UK, not necessarily to a UK airport, just at least OTT. I have a log from Southampton from the 23rd April 2015 which has: - 9Y-LHR (OTT) On Freebirddb this flags up as a Caribbean Air Boeing B767. I was a bit stupid back then and just ...

Re: Large Passenger Jets Arrivals
With thanks again for the heads up, TF-AAD landed at Kemble 13:05l. No flyover or anything from this one, just straight in approach as it started to tip down with rain! Video to follow later, although had to cut it short so that the kit didn’t get wet :( For info if anyone planning on visiting for ...

Re: SPOTM May 2020 - Retro and special schemes voting poll
Well deserved win, that was a cracking shot, but there was so many very good entries and mad schemes, it was very hard to choose 3!
Am I loosing the plot as I thought there was another BOAC B747 entry as well I can't see it!

Final Corsair B747 F-GTUI arriving at Kemble - 15/06/2020
Despite not being a million miles away from Cotswold Airport, I've never seen anything arrive there, never mind a 747 on it's final trip. Having missed the other two due to weather, I went out for Corsair's very last B747 for storage, F-GTUI. Having seen the video's of the other two Corsair 747 arri...

Re: SPOTM May 2020 - Airliners in special and retro schemes
Gosh I have load's to choose from, various points but oddly I am going to choose G-BYGC as well, with her doing a flypast at Fairford RIAT 2019 with the Red Arrows. I chose this because personally this was quite special, something that's not going to happen again, and a retro scheme that's not going...

Re: G-ROBN livery help
Hello,
Yes it would have been about 1445 - 1500l heading north, north east. Only one showing it seems but livery doesn't match, can only assume it's been repainted in recent times
Thank you
James.

G-ROBN livery help
Saw what I thought was G-ROBN go over the garden in Trowbridge earlier today, looked like in the picture of the Robin with a sloped back, but was all over yellow. The picture on Flight Radar shows it as white. I can only find pictures of this in white but they aren't recent pictures though. Has anyo...

Re: One for everybody to take part in - The Flybe fleet........
and G-PRPF landing at Heathrow (although I realise that could be anywhere!) in January this year..... A decent shot worth saving as well! I don't know maybe it's just me but it always looked strange seeing these at LHR, just the sight of one coming in probably on full RPM with a Singapore Airlines ...

Re: Lanzarote first week March 2020
Wow :Wow: amazing collection there, love the Binter Air, 757's and the CASA, but brilliant shot of the Brussels Special on taxi  Spotting is possible there then? I did wonder, during lockdown on YouTube I found a Lanzarote Airport live webcam, which made me think about going there for logs and...

Re: N612UP departing Stansted 07-04-2020 (over Rayne)
Wow! Excellent shots, great view of it there! Not seen an UPS 747-8 close yet, seen a few from the garden (Wiltshire) high up, Stansted ones usually end up on a north track so never see one low over here, only ones I see at a lower height for Stansted is a FexEx MD11 which sometimes comes ove...

Re: Heathrow on the day before lockdown
Cracking shots, love the A380's and the TAP 330 and 787 shots  Haven't seen the Etihad special yet, jammy you for getting it! Andy - Quiet indeed! I've had the Airlive webcam on for the approaches yesterday, long gaps but could have done with living on the approach line to cop 5 Alitalia A33...

Manchester Southside 16/09 - Runway 23R rotations
Hello all, As the broken Dakota blocked runway 23L for the remainder of the day (well there was a good 1 and a half hours before the operation was due to change to 23R for take offs) I stayed put and tried some photography of stuff lifting off from 23R (and some reverse thrust landing's too) and was...

Re: Heathrow 09L arrivals, 18-09-2019 from Colne Park
Brilliant set Andy! That last one is very good  Great catch of the Aeroflot special, I still have yet to see, and the LOT hired in 737, the first time I saw that I thought the livery was a 737 house scheme, especially when I thought it said 'Next Gen'! Lovely Chinese stuff, the new China Southe...

Manchester Runway 23L Other liners and a Dakota - 16-09-2019
Hello all, Following on from the heavies, here is the rest of the other stuff. Generally the normal stuff, but I did like the Ernest A320 that turned up, never heard of that before! Also for a first visit and all day's to pick, I turn up the day the BBMF Dakota call's a mayday, so most unusual catch...

Re: Liverpool 14/9/19
Very nice set! Sun might be the wrong way but the Mersey makes a brilliant background in these shots! Nice catch of the Jota too. Was up there on a coach not long ago but was working as a courier, there was 6 hours I had spare, but wasn't sure if I could get from the Mercury Hotel to the Airport and...
