Doesn't seem to have any departure slot yet as per Flightradar.

Understand there is an issue with drone activity at or near Gatwick at the moment. Flights being put in lengthy holds, some diverting to Heathrow and Stansted.

Motley Crue just arrived on 9H-BIG. I assume it's not for the Coronation concert, but you never know.

Arrived 11:55, parked on apron H.

Is supposedly leaving Aberdeen shortly, heading for Prestwick.

Edit: Departed 11:20. Reportedly heading this way.

Edinburgh Airport has just closed for emergency runway repairs. Possibility for a few diversions?

Edit - it wasn't closed for long. One Ryanair got diverted.

N640RL inbound from Cairo.

Appears to be a leased 737-300 being returned.

Must look busy on the ground over there.

K4203 Kalitta Air 747 N744CK in from Rseznow.

(Pilot seems a bit befuddled at times on comms)

It's just taken off, apparently heading for Halifax but following at odd departure flight path.

Also appears to be a Silkway West 747 due in just after 8pm.

Silkway was about 90 minutes late departing in the end.

Ryanair Learjet M-ABRB arrived at 1pm.

Any idea of a departure time?

Shame there's not much of the actual payload launch to be seen from the ground.

Flight was heading for Boston but diverted in, not sure why.
Departed 0745 to Boston.

It diverted due to a medical emergency onboard.

Cargolux CLX43Z LX-ECV arrived from LAX at 01:40

Will possibly be unrelated, but in case it diverts to Prestwick, Loganair LM443 Glasgow to Campbelltown has been circling over Turnberry for quite a while. Unsure if it's declared emergency.
