Re: Sandringham G-BJHS
Strange thing is my uncle remembered it like it was yesterday.
I thought it was the one in the museum but when I showed him the picture that I found in his stash he new exactly what it was, were it was taken and what they were doing to it. I knew it was a long time ago by the cars in the car park.

Re: Pan Am 707, Russian kit ?????????
I find it always to start with the simple things first, but as I said please try it on a scrap piece of styrene from this kit just to make sure. As I think it is alcohol based it shouldnt harm it, its cellulose thinners that will sometimes melt styrene as this is what revell contacta is made from an...

Re: Pan Am 707, Russian kit ?????????

Don't use to much and I would recommend trying it on a piece of scrap styrene from this kit just to ma...

Larger scale civil kits
After looking up a few things for Ben I have found that there are more larger scale civy kits around than I first thought. These are mainly 72nd and 48th but there are some realy nice 32nd scale kits around like the revell cub. It realy didnt dawn on me that you could use the AMG KC-135 or the Helle...

Re: Canon 500D?
As Mike says this was discussed over on FC but just a quick note. I have just bought a 500D brand new and a second hand 30D. I absolutely love the 500D it is light (compared to my 30D) but it is packed with nice things like HD video recording. I would say well worth the money, especially if you get ...
